Tulipa 'Menton' has salmon-pink flowers with small light orange edges & Tulipa 'Queen of Night' has velvety dark maroon flowers, almost black depending on the light.

Single Late Tulips bloom late in the tulip season and have long and strong stems. Along with the Darwin Hybrids they are amongst the tallest tulips for the garden. Great for both cutting and mass border plantings due to their consistent and reliable performance.

Tulips are hardy and like other bulbs, easy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. The blooms last longer in partial shade locations. The tulips can be planted in Fall when the soil temperature falls below 55F to make sure they root well. The best planting time is when the night time temperatures are between 40-50F. For best results, tulips need approximate 12 weeks of temperatures below 50F.
