    Description

    Puschkinia Libanotica has numerous stems of 6-8 little rounded star-shaped flower with blue midveins.

    Puschkinia can be found growing in the wild and does well in colder areas, it prefers gritty soil so it is an excellent bulb for rock gardens, under shrubs and trees, borders. Early Spring flowering, great for naturalizing.

    Puschkinia are hardy and like other bulbs, easy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. The blooms last longer in partial shade locations. The Puschkinia can be planted in Fall when the soil temperature falls below 55F to make sure they root well. The best planting time is when the night time temperatures are between 40-50F. For best results, Puschkinia need approximate 12 weeks of temperatures below 50F.
